I just heard about this endeavour and was pleasantly pleased by it. As a long-time solitary practicing Shamanic-Wiccan and a subscriber to NewWitch magazine, I definitely would like to see a Pagan-themed mag specifically aimed at Canadian Pagans. For me, being an anti-social and introverted writer (wait, aren't all writers anti-social and introverted?) means I don't get out much, and would like to see a section dedicated to us solitary practitioners. Also, a section dedicated to Pagan-themed fiction by Canadian writers would also peak my interest.
Now for the boring stuff. I live with my wife in Northern Ontario and have two dogs and two cats. I've written much non-fiction and write a technical column for a Canadian technical magazine. I am also in the middle of writing and submitting a five-book fantasy novel series (heavy on the knights, dragons, magick, love, maybe a gargoyle-like race as well), a novel and television script about three police officers in a small Northern Ontario town, two of them being Shamans (heavy on the Native spirituality and Shamanism, including Power Animals), another fantasy novel involving a young woman who learns magick to save her community in a different world (a lesbian novel at that, oh my!), and have several other fantasy and non-fantasy novels in rudimentary idea stages.
Plus, with all that going on, I have a regular job that keeps the occasional wolf from the door and several fantasy short stories creating pounding headaches in my cranial encasement. If only I could find another twenty-four hours to fit into each day, then I might be able to spare more than a few minutes for a Full Moon ritual!
